Juliette Portland had all of those things. Her purpose was simple: Seduce. Deceive. Kill. Avenge. Once Dornan Ross and his sons were dead, her future was supposed to be clear. Her life was finally going to begin. And love… Against all the odds, she had the love of a boy she never thought she’d see again.
Everything should have gone according to plan. Everything should have been easy once Dornan was dead and buried.
Of course, life has a way of fucking with even the most meticulous of plans, and calling in owed debts can have the most severe consequences. Thanks to Juliette’s diabolical retribution, the Il Sangue Cartel has lost it’s Kingpin, but not for long. There’s always someone in the wings, ready to step onstage and seize power. The Gypsy Brothers Motorcycle Club might be reeling from the deaths of their President and his six patch-wearing sons, but they’ve come back swinging.
Two deadly enemies, hundreds of bloodthirsty members, both sides eager to punish those that would try to topple them.
Two survivors, a man and a woman, forced to flee in the night.
For Juliette, vengeance is a hollow victory.
It never, ever ends.
The flames of incomplete vengeance are licking at her heels, and it’s only a matter of time before the Il Sangue cartel and the Gypsy Brothers catch her in their grip and crush her.
Unless she crushes them first.

I think about revenge a lot. When I’m thinking of the way the light dimmed in Dornan’s dying eyes and the way he said you killed my sons. How beautiful it was, and how hollow.
I don’t even stop to see what kind of furniture the room consists of. I throw Juliette on the floor and pounce on her like I’m a lion and she’s my catch.
My dick’s inside her within three seconds of the door closing, even though its dark in here, the only light from a couple of candles throwing off weak light. It could be the middle of the day and I wouldn’t have a clue, because all I can see is Juliette Portland underneath me, her legs spread and her pussy full of me. I put my hands around her neck. I want to squeeze. I want to choke her so fucking badly. Goddamn it! I stop grinding my cock into her. I just stop.
“I don’t want to hurt you,” I whisper in the dark. “Julz, the things I used to do in this place—I used to hurt people and get off on it. I don’t want to hurt you, baby.”
She reaches up and grabs hold of my face; I can just make out her eyes, her pupils almost swallowing any trace of green.
“Jase,” she breathes, “What if I want you to hurt me?”
“When you blank out. When you go away. You’re with him, aren’t you?”
I take a step back. I feel like I’ve been punched. I don’t respond. I don’t even say, who do you mean, because we both know who we’re talking about here.
“Hey,” Jase snaps. “I want you to answer me.”
I can’t breathe. It’s like Dornan’s in the room. I feel his warm breath on my neck, the way he always tasted the same in my mouth. Like salt and cigarettes.
“Answer me,” Jase growls.
I break. “What?” I hiss. “What do you want from me? Do you want me to lie? I was supposed to kill him, and that was meant to be the end of it.”
Jase looks like he’s about to hit another wall. Or me.
“He’s dead,” he spits, “He’s dead, but you’re the one who’s gone. I need you to come back. I need you to come back to me.”
“I don’t know how!” I yell.
“You’re not trying!” he explodes. “You just sit here, in your dark little universe, thinking about him! Did you think about him while I was fucking you last night? Huh?”
They say the apple never falls far from the tree, and I’d say this apple never fucking fell, period. I’m the shiny apple that might’ve looked the best on the surface—different to the rest of them, full of promise that there was another way—but they broke me. They made me worse than any of them could ever be.
I hurt people. I hurt women.
I killed people.
And that’s not even the worst of it.
The first man I ever killed was John Portland, and I cried as I pulled the trigger. Yeah, I was a stupid kid and he begged me to do it, and yeah, it was a mercy killing, but it doesn’t matter. Point is, his life was the first one I took—I killed Juliette’s father, for Christ’s sake—and after I ended his life with a single bullet, delivered in the dark in a dirty basement, I didn’t stop.
I couldn’t stop.
The last person I killed was Donny, my last surviving brother, and that was eight months ago. I ripped his fucking eyeball out before I butchered him, and the one single thing that stopped me from dismembering him was knowing that Juliette was watching me. Her screams broke through my haze of red, as I took Donny’s own knife and sunk it into his flesh, again and again, so deep it hit bone more than once. I severed the tendons that made his arms work, so he was putty underneath me. I straddled my own brother and thrust upon him the vengeful punishment that they all deserved. For Julz. For my mother. For everything.
I killed him, and I haven’t killed since.
I’m hungry. My palms are itching. It’s torture.
I don’t know how long I’m going to last before I have to draw blood again.
4.5 Intense Stars
This is the 8th book in this series and to say I was excited to get a chance to read this doesn’t even begin to describe how I felt when I saw this book pop up on my iPad.
The author’s books are like crack and once you start them you cannot stop. Each book in this series is intense and like all the previous books this one was just as crazy. Author Lili St. Germain has one sick imagination and her books are what I would describe as being dark, disturbing romance stories but are Oh So Good!!!! This book tells the story of what happens to Jase and Juliette after the Gypsy Brothers motorcycle gang is reeling from the deaths of their President and his six sons.
“They say the apple never falls far from the tree, and I’d say this apple never fucking fell, period.”
The beginning of the book is a lot about them coping with everything they have been through. Just when I thought I knew exactly how sick Jase’s father Dornan was the author pulls a fast one and hits me with a big shocker. The remainder of the book had me sitting on the edge of my seat waiting to see what was going to happen next.
“How it’s a false victory, because it never ends, not really. There’s always going to be somebody else who wants their pound of flesh.”
The book hooked me from the start and the story flowed so well that I read this book in one sitting. I loved that the book was told in three different character’s POV. You got a great feel how each person was feeling and how they were dealing with the issues that were happening. I loved all of the books in this series and cannot wait to see what Author Lili St. Germain releases next.

Some people are born with a silver spoon in their mouths and lady luck tucked into their back pocket. Then there’s people like me, who live to survive. Survive loss. Survive loneliness. Survive the black tar that swallows you whole, stealing everything and anything that could resemble a piece of happiness. They try and fail, try again and fail even harder. Starting life’s never ending cycle of wash, rinse, and repeat.
That’s me. Or it was. Ten years I wandered through life. Through ten towns. Through ten men. Then, I didn’t anymore. A hellacious storm came and ripped everything away, leaving me stripped bare for the most beautiful man. A man part of the Corrupt Chaos Motorcycle club, who not only saved my life but rescued my soul. Or so it may seem from the outside. On the inside, it’s not that simple. Life never is.
And it’s painstakingly relentless.
I’m Magdalene Murdock and this is my story.

– Standalone Novel
“My kindle went everywhere with me, and I do mean everywhere, so that I could continually stay in the moment and mood that this book induced. But no amount of preparation or comfort food could’ve prepared me for the ending. Bink, I was so ready to virtually fight you if this story had’ve turned out in the direction it looked to be going. #IAintScared” ~☆☆☆☆☆ Review from Literary Treasure Chest
“Overall I think that this is a beautifully written story about two damaged people learning to trust and love again who get their happily ever after!”~ ☆☆☆☆☆ Goodreads Reviewer
“Beyond Her Words is so very different from anything already written before. It will pull you in from the beginning and take you on an emotional rollercoaster until the very last page.”~☆☆☆☆☆ Goodreads Reviewer
I am a fan Ms. Cummings, if you have read her work like me than you know this woman knows how to write an MC book. Beyond her Words, was beautifully and uniquely written magnificently in only the way this author can do. I loved how she gave readers a Scottish Word Index because this Puerto Rican right here was all over that. In Beyond her Words readers are introduced to two powerful, complexed, beautiful and strong characters. Magdalene and Lachlan aka Smoke consumed me right from the start. They stole my heart and never returned it.
Magdalene has lost so much in her life and has been running on empty ever since. Her journey brings her to Kentucky, right into the middle of a tornado. Can things get any worse? No, not this time. Magdalene is rescued by none other than the HOT, SCOTTISH firefighter Lachlan! GOD LORD, stick a fork in me because I am done. Lachlan immediately is taken with Magdalene. He has this over whelming need to protect her, keep her safe and to be next to her at all times (it was really cute). Magdalene has nowhere to go and no family, so when Lachlan insists that Magdalene recuperate at his home, she gives in. Sounds like a piece of cake right, easy romance and blah, blah, blah. WRONG. Why do you ask? One word Meredith, Lachlan’s slurry troll mole wife?
This story is not an easy story, it is painful and torturous at times. It broke me in so many ways because Mags and Lachlan longed for one another and both suffered and tried to do the right thing. There are scenes of profound verbal cruelty and degradation. The descriptive viciousness of trying to find your way destroyed me. I cried, ugly tears on many occasions. I grieved for the damage Lachlan and Megs suffered. But all the deep and heavy emotions I felt while reading had its rewards, that being able to watch how these two characters piece themselves back together and find a love that is genuine, uplifting, supporting and real was so worth all the tears. Lachlan and Megs, slowly repair years of damage and loneliness in a way that had me jumping for joy. The side characters in the story are amazing. I fell in love with Bridget (Pip), Lachlan daughter. Her loyalty to her father and Megs was truly an inspiration. And let us not forget the very colorful members of the Corrupt Chaos MC and the Sacred Sisters. Beyond her Words is an emotional journey and will have you wanting to throw your Kindle many times, but once you get through the ugly it is so worth it. I can’t wait to see what else will come from the Corrupt Chaos MC.
Author Bink Cummings was born and raised part of an MC family. Upon the incessant coercion from her sacred sisters, she has begun her newest journey in life–writing. When she’s not shacked up in her home, writing at all hours of the night, Bink enjoys riding motorcycles, taking care of her extensive roughneck family, and cooking huge meals. Especially her infamous chocolate chip cookies.
Annie: As a child I was unwanted and unloved. Tossed aside until my maternal grandmother came to claim me. Life got better after that, and it got better still when I met Ethan Michaels, the boy down the street who was determined to make me feel like I mattered. At first he was my friend, but then he became much more. But love isn’t real. Not in my world.
When Ethan left to pursue professional hockey I had to make a clean break. I couldn’t wait for him to find someone better, couldn’t wait for him to break my heart. It’s better to leave than be left. But now he’s back, and I can’t run from him anymore.
Worse…he won’t let me.
Ethan: Annie Fraser owned me as a kid. She owns me still. When I got my first contract to play professional hockey I asked her to come with me, but she wouldn’t leave Rawdon, not while her grandmother was sick. I understood. Still, I wanted to stay together, do whatever I could to keep her.
But she wanted to run.
I loved her enough to let her.
Now I’m back in town and I’m pissed. I think I hate her. I’m sure of it. Until I see her… and those old feelings come rushing back. I won’t let her walk away again. I don’t care what it takes.
I want to defend Ethan, because Charlie’s on the outside looking in and I don’t like him thinking that Ethan is…whatever he thinks Ethan is. He can’t know how Ethan helped pull me from the darkness that consumed me when I first came to this town. He made me smile, for the first time after my mom abandoned me. He spent all of his time just being there for me, loving me, making me feel like I mattered. On the outside and to the press he might look like a jackass but I know better. They only see the self-destructive Ethan. They don’t get to see the side I see, the side he seems to save just for me.
I am a lover of hockey romances and a sucker for a good second chance romance so when you put those two things together on top of that romance being a childhood friends to lovers romance, you know I am going to definitely check it out. As well, I always love finding new authors to read, especially ones that love to write hockey hunks but was excited to see not only is this author Canadian, she lives right here in Nova Scotia, the true heart of hockey!
Annie and Ethan have always loved each other but when it came time for Ethan to leave and become a professional hockey player, Annie knew it was only a matter of time before she was hurt. Rather than wait, she ended things, be the one to hurt rather than the one to be hurt. Now the book picks up several years later, Annie is still living in Rawdon, NS and has just recently graduated from nursing and enjoying working at the Rawdon hospital. She has never forgotten about Ethan and all that comes back when her new patient is no one other than Ethan’s younger brother Manny. Manny being in the hospital brings Ethan back to town and face to face with Annie and they finally deal with the past and how things ended.
The Last Shot was an enjoyable second chance love story about a great hockey hunk and his childhood friend, both of whom never had it an easy life growing up. From the moment these two were back in the same room, you could truly feel their connection and the love they still felt for each other. Though nothing has changed, things are still complicated, she lives in Nova Scotia and has a job she loves while he lives and plays hockey in Philadelphia. Not only that, Annie is currently involved with the perfect Dr. Charlie Davidson, AKA Dr. Dreamy. I enjoyed the dynamic between these characters, Ethan was such a selfless person , he walked away from his hockey commitment to be at his brothers side but he was also willing to walk away from it all just to get Annie back, he was willing to give up his dream just so that they could be together and make her happy. I liked Annie’s character but at times she truly annoyed me with how she was with both Charlie and Ethan. I just didn’t find her as strong a character as Ethan.
Overall this was an enjoyable read that was well written, it just fell flat for me at times. At times I wished there had been more depth to the storyline and definitely more hockey action. This was my first read by this author but I will be definitely checking our more from her, especially if they are about hockey hunks.
Sara Hubbard is the author of romantic fiction. Her debut novel BLOOD, SHE READ released fall 2012 and was a NEORWA Cleveland Rocks winner and a RCRW Duel on the Delta finalist. Her first contemporary novel, Beautiful and Broken was an Amazon bestseller. Sara lives in Nova Scotia, Canada with her two children (four if you count her husband and her needy labradoodle) and works as a registered nurse.
Ten years ago I fell in love with a married woman. I walked away so she could be happy, moving across the country to make sure I put space between us. We severed ties, and I promised myself I wouldn’t look back.
Since then I committed to someone else, and we have a child and a life many would wish for. Except, it’s never been enough for me. There’s always been something missing; something I never wanted to admit.
With my own marriage failing, I’m forced to go back to my hometown to bury the man who raised me. I never expected to see her there, and nothing could prepare me for what would happen the moment my arms wrapped around hers again.
“You have every right to assume this can’t be anything more than a temporary affair. I don’t blame you for being cautious, but there is something I want you to know.”
She turned around, finally looking right at me with those hesitant eyes. “What?”
“I still love you.” I swallowed the lump in my throat as the words came out, silently praying she wouldn’t force me to leave. It wasn’t every day that I told someone other than my wife I loved them, but in this instance it was the truest statement I’d ever made. “I feel like I’ve loved you for a lifetime. It’s true. I have loved my wife, but it’s not the same. It’s always been you, Rach. You’re the only woman I know I’ll never be able to let go of. Staying away was my only option. I did it to protect both of our lives, but there’s nothing standing in the way anymore. Please don’t deny us a second chance.” I paused one more time. “I need you, just as much as I think you need me.”
Her shoulders relaxed, and I watched her purse fall from her grip and hit the concrete ground. She shrugged while staring into my eyes. Her lips were trembling, allowing me to almost sense the connection between us. “I’m not strong enough to be with you again. I can’t handle anymore heartache. Being close to you scares me, because I’m tired of the pain and suffering.”
I took two steps forward, breaking the distance between us. “I’m not capable of hurting you again, Rach. If you give me this chance I promise I won’t let you down. Let me be your friend again, and whatever comes with it will be determined by both of us.”
This book was Chad’s story and I was extremely excited to get my hands on this book and dig in. I loved him in the first book and was dying to know what was going to happen to him.
The book started out good but at one point I was struggling and having a hard time connecting with the characters. I am a huge Jennifer Foor fan so I kept going. I kept thinking there has to be a reason she is writing the story like this. Well Bam!!!!! She hit me with that huge plot twist that I didn’t see coming and my heart just broke. She gutted me and than everything after that just fell into place.
The story was written well and I could relate to a lot of the things that happened in this book. My heart broke reading this book. I could see how the situation that they fell into was a game changer and I loved that Veronica was able to make that hard decision and put her selfish needs aside. I hated her in the beginning but by the end my heart broke for her. I think she was misunderstood and an emotional mess from her horrible childhood.
Rachel came off selfish a few times in this book. I really liked her in the first book but not so much in this one. I had a hard time feeling anything for Chad in the beginning. He was so quick to jump ship I wondered if he really ever had feelings for his wife to begin with. I felt after he learned what his wife did he would not be so quick to do the same since he was so devastated. I wondered if he really cared at all or was only thinking of himself. How could you just forget about the life you built and jump right back to the life you left?
“Maybe it was a clusterfuck of issues proving there was no way out of the life I was living.”
If you are looking for a book that might get you angry, your heart in your throat and a twist that you won’t see coming then this book is for you.

Duke Morgan owns and operates one of the largest bail bond companies in Atlanta. Not only does he bond criminals out of jail, he and his notorious group of bounty hunters will also track them down and ensure they show up for court.
Roman ‘Quick’ Webb is Duke’s business partner and best friend. Both men are in their forties and have given up on the happily ever after with the ranch-style home, and white picket fence. They’d both tried it and failed miserably. But they have their friendship and they have the business.
When Quick’s son, Vaughan Webb returns – after seven years – from studying abroad with his law degree in hand, he’s back to claim what he’s always wanted…his fathers’ best friend… Duke Morgan. Vaughan has always claimed to be a classic gentleman with an old soul. He didn’t party and screw up in school like his buddies. He was focused and dedicated to becoming the man worthy of Duke’s love.
It’s a complex and messy situation as Duke and Quick figure out how to still be best friends when one of them is sleeping with his friend’s one and only son. But when Duke is hurt on the job, all the unimportant trivialities fall to the wayside and Vaughan and Quick put their heads together to save Duke.
Part I of the Promises story is about Duke and Vaughan. Part II will be about Quick and his realization that it’s not too late for any of them to find love.
Even though this book is the beginning of a new series I’d recommend reading Don’t Judge from the Nothing Special series first. I think I really appreciated Duke a lot more knowing more about his history with Judge. This book is sweet, sexy with some danger and a bit of angst. A.E Via has definitely created some interesting characters that get you interested in wanting to know more of their story. I love that you can always expect some pretty hot alpha men from her stories.
I really like it when characters have an age gap and am always pleasantly surprised when the dominate character is not always the eldest within that relationship. Duke and Vaughan’s relationship is one that I really enjoyed. Their connection and devotion they have for one another is believable. I loved how much Vaughan wanted Duke, and nothing was going to stop him from being with the man he has loved for almost half his life. I love that Duke finally has a man that will cherish him and love him how he deserves. They get pretty hot for each other rather quickly. Even though you don’t actually see any real sex scenes until later on in the story, I will say this, it is TOTALLY worth the wait.
I only had a few issues with the story but I’m sure it just boils down to preferences.
1) I really wished we had more time watching their relationship develop in the beginning. It really doesn’t take Duke very long to fall really hard for Vaughan. And being that they hadn’t seen each other in years, and the fact that Duke is best friends with Vaughan’s father, it felt a little quick. I wish I had gotten a little more.
2) I’m not usually very picky with terms of endearments. Actually I usually really love hearing them, but there were times in this one I felt like they were a bit excessive. For me it didn’t fit with my idea of these strong alpha men.
Aside from those little things I thoroughly enjoyed part one of this series. This is definitely one anyone who is a fan of this author will want to pick up. I can’t wait to read the 2nd part because OMG!!!! And no this doesn’t end on a cliffhanger. You’ll just know what I’m talking about when you read it. I think that will be one hell of a ride and I can’t wait to get on it.

I thought losing my memory was the worst thing in the world. Forgetting who you are, and where you came from was like driving on a road with only right turns. All leading in the same direction. A direction I wanted to avoid, a dark tunnel that I had to enter if I ever wanted answers.
Losing my memory wasn’t the worst thing in the world. Learning, who I was, and the secrets I had kept was way worse. The unbearable pull and the passion we shared, mixed with the past that I didn’t want to remember, created a whole new storm. The perfect storm of two kinds of crazy. Stupid little fish.
Paxton leaned up on his knees. “Is that Nick?” “Yes,” I replied as I fell into the same tense position he moved to. Elbows on knees, and eyes and ears on the voices. “Where the fuck are my kids?” I leaned up and hit pause, stopping it right there. “This is how it’s going to go? We haven’t even started yet, Paxton. I don’t know where they are. I just asked myself the same question. I’m assuming they were at one of the thousands of activities you had them in. I don’t know.” “You were supposed to be with them.” “Yeah, well, I wasn’t, and I don’t remember why. So. Do you want to do this or not? I don’t see where any good can come from it if you’re going to be like this.” “How the fuck do you expect me to be, Gabriella? You’ve been involved with Lane for the last year. And this shit. I don’t even know what you’re doing here, or why you’re not with our children.” “I’m done. You have fun watching it by yourself,” I said as I pulled my stone from his, and stood like it was really that easy. Paxton jerked me back to his side by my shirt, his hand went around my throat, and he told me how things were going down. Not my way. “You fucking did this to us. You’re the one that showed up here like this with all these lies and secrets. Let’s find out what you’ve been hiding. Okay? We said we were doing this together. That’s what we’re doing. Understand?” I couldn’t reply with one single word. Not even a nod. My eyes closed, my throat closed, trying to control it, and tears slid down my face. Paxton abruptly stopped, let go of me, and stood. “Fuck this, Gabriella. Fuck. I’m sorry. Fuck. I’m just so fucked up over all of this. You forget to stop and think about what it’s like for me. Look at what you’ve brought into this house over the last few months. How do you expect me to be?” Words spewed from my mouth as tears slid down my cheeks. “This isn’t working, Paxton. Let’s stop. I can’t do this with you anymore. I bring out the worst in you, and you do the same to me. It’s not fair to either one of us. We can be good parents without one another.” Paxton looked at me like I’d just punched him in his other eye. “We’re not quitting. No, Gabriella. We’re not quitting. Don’t you ever think you’re leaving me. You’re never leaving, not even if we find out that you’re the wrong wife. You did this. You’re not going anywhere.” “There’s not a lot you can do to stop me, Pax. I can’t do this thing with you.” I jumped a little when he moved back to my side, afraid of him for a second. “I’m sorry, Gabriella. I’m sorry. I don’t want it to be like this. I’m sorry. I swear I won’t get mad. I know you don’t remember any of this, but damnit. It’s so frustrating. Where the fuck was I? Why didn’t I notice this going on right under my nose?” “Paxton, I don’t know.”
5 Took me for a ride on the Crazy Train Stars!!!!!
Holy Cow!!! I am speechless after just finishing this book. Author Jettie Woodruff took me for a ride on the crazy train and had me still shaking my head when I finished it. I seriously sit here and still cannot get this story out of my mind. I think this is a story that is going to stick with me for a long time.
I cannot even begin to tell you what a fantastic book this was and with a unique plot. There were so many twists that kept me on the edge of my seat. I loved the first book but the author blew me away with this one. I had no idea how this story was going to end and so many times I would say to myself WOW!!!!! I didn’t see that coming!!!
“My broken body, a brain injury, and a loss of memory didn’t even hurt like that. I was devastated.”
At the end of the first book I hated Paxton with a passion. Like I wanted to junk punch him. To me he was a controlling asshole who deserved to be alone. The thing is the author did a fantastic job with writing this one and had me several times wanting to hug him. I absolutely loved the chemistry between Paxton and Gabriella in this one. The relationship felt real and I could relate with a lot of the things that was going on between them. The banter between them was fantastic and funny as hell sometimes. I am not going to tell you what happens because this is a series that you have to read. I wanted to scream from the rooftop just how much I loved this crazy book. It took me through so many emotions and I was glued to my kindle from start to finish.
“Maybe we’re both stupid fish, fighting for the same hook. Maybe it’s just as much your fault as it is mine.”
“We’re the perfect storm of two kinds of crazy.”
If you are looking for a unique story that will have you sitting on the edge of your seat not sure what is going to happen next than you have to read this series!!!!!
Jettie Woodruff is a lifelong writer, living in a pretend world since she was a little girl. Jettie spent hours filling pages of spiral notebooks with a number two pencil and a wild imagination. Her very first story was a scifi of all things.
Jettie writes more along the lines of erotica now. She likes to keep her readers on edge, and deliver a story that will pull out every emotion possible. Writing on the edge of taboo and dark, Jettie hopes to distribute an adventure you’ll not soon forget.
Married for twenty five years, raising two boys and one girl has left lots of writing material. She has recently become a grandma to not one, but two of the most beautiful little girls on planet earth.
Jettie also hates doing this bio. That’s all you get. She loves to read and write. What else is there? <3

Full of swagger and sensuality, the Caldwell Brothers series—perfect for fans of Katy Evans and Emma Chase—packs an emotional punch as the last bachelor standing fights for a woman who’s worth every ounce of trouble.
Jagger Caldwell is no one’s hero. With a reputation busting heads and breaking hearts on the underground MMA circuit, he lives for easy cash and easier women. But when he stumbles upon an all-too-familiar scene, painful memories awaken Jagger’s sensitive side and compel him to act. As a kid, he stood by helplessly as his old man beat his mom. Now, Jagger won’t let seventeen-year-old Tatiana Rand suffer the same fate. Nothing matters except saving her.
Tatiana is a prisoner in her own home, at the mercy of her violent father—until an unlikely savior bursts through her door and into her life. Six-feet-plus of tattooed muscle and raw power, Jagger is no prince charming—but Tatiana stopped believing in fairy tales long ago. Despite their differences in age and, well, everything else, the sexy bad boy sparks a fire that Tatiana never knew she had—and desires that only Jagger can quench.
Includes a special message from the editor, as well as an excerpt from another Loveswept title.
Hendrix Caldwell wants nothing more than to revitalize the family bar—and tear down every last reminder of his no-good father. But business isn’t the only thing on his mind. An explosive encounter with a stranger at a charity masquerade is just the distraction he craves, with no names and no strings attached. For Hendrix, sex is casual, and love is a four-letter word. His commitment is to his brothers, his bar, and his bike. So why can’t he stop thinking about the naughty Cinderella who rocked his world, then left him—and her panties—behind?
Olivia Hemmingway knows fairytales are for little girls. Drowning in debt and hiding a shameful secret, she won’t be saved by a knight in tattooed armor, no matter how mind-blowing their one-night stand may have been. Olivia never expects to meet her masked lover again. But when she takes a job at Hendrix Caldwell’s bar, her sexy new boss seems all too familiar. And once the lights go out and the music is turned up, the sparks between them burn hotter than ever.
For Morrison Caldwell, life is a game of chance. A high roller with a legendary poker face, he’s the wild card of the family, always chasing the next thrill and never staying put for long. The one place that always lures him back is Las Vegas, with its hot tables and even hotter women. He’s perfectly content to live his life as a series of one-night stands. But when a parking lot confrontation with a cocktail waitress takes a naughty turn, she leaves Morrison aching for another round.
After a long losing streak in Sin City, Hailey Poe is ready to get lucky. A steamy tryst with a cocky, mysterious stranger is the kind of no-strings encounter she’s been craving . . . until Morrison Caldwell asks for more than she’s willing to offer. But when Hailey’s controlling, soon-to-be ex-husband tries to take her daughter away, she can’t afford to turn down a helping hand. In this winner-takes-all game, Morrison is gambling with Hailey’s life—and her heart.
About the Authors
USA Today bestselling author Chelsea Camaron grew up turning wrenches alongside her father, which just so happened to inspire her Love and Repair and The Hellions Ride series. When she’s not writing, you can find her playing with her kids, attending car shows, going on motorcycle rides on the back of her husband’s Harley, snuggling down with her new favorite book, or watching any movie that Vin Diesel might happen to be in. She lives in Louisiana with her husband and two children.
MJ Fields is the USA Today bestselling author of the Love series, the Wrapped series, the Burning Souls series, the Men of Steel series, and the Norfolk series.
